1. Papers will be accepted as an oral or poster presentation.

2. Papers can be sent as abstract or full text.

3. The submitted papers will be evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee ve and the decision to make oral or poster presentations will be decided.

You need to review the attention to detail issues of the manuscript texts.

1.Papers should be evaluated including Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion.

2.The abstract should not exceed 350 words and is written in one paragraph. Abstracts in Turkish and English; it should contain brief information about the purpose, material and method, findings and conclusion. Abbreviation is not used in the summary. “Keywords” will be added.

3.If there is any support information should be stated in the papers to be sent.

4. Papers should be written single-spaced with Times New Roman in Microsoft Word (7.0 and above), 12 (bold) in the title, author names and 10 points in other sections. It will leave 4 pages on the left, 2 on the right, 2.5 on the pop-up and 2 cm on the bottom. Full texts of the papers do not exceed 10 pages.  

5. The first letters of the title should be written in capital letters. Author addresses should be given as automatic footnotes. The name of the researcher who will present the paper is underlined.

7. For citation, references should be followed according to the Journal of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Mehmet Akif Ersoy University.  (Click for the Journal).

8. References should be numbered separately according to the text for use in the text and the numbers should be indicated in parenthesis at the end of the sentence. for example, (1), (2,3), (4-7).

9. Tables contain automatic table edits in the word program.

10. Tables should be prepared in word using the automatic table menu.

11. Proceedings are uploaded from "Registration / Send Proceedings" page.

12. Researchers whose notification is selected as posters, prepare their posters 70x100 cm (vertically) in such a way that they can be read from 1-1,5 m and hang them according to the poster code.
